Terms of Use
Terms of Use
These terms apply to Nearby Bluetooth Finder.
Apple Standard EULA
Apps distributed through the Apple App Store are licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate custom EULA is provided. You can read Apple's Standard EULA at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Product limits
Nearby Bluetooth Finder observes compatible powered-on Bluetooth devices that are advertising within the phone's observable radio range. Results vary with hardware, operating system behavior, walls, interference, body position, battery state, and accessory advertising behavior.
The app does not provide exact distance, direction, room position, guaranteed recovery, Apple Find My access, Google Find Hub access, or a crowdsourced tracking network. Do not rely on it for emergency, medical, safety-critical, security, or property-surveillance decisions.
Acceptable Use
Use the app lawfully and only process content or data that you have the right to use.
Do not use the app to monitor people or devices without authorization, evade access controls, interfere with radio services, or violate applicable law.
Purchases
Optional Pro purchases are processed by the platform store. Prices, availability, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and family-sharing behavior are controlled by the store terms shown before purchase. Free scanning and finding remain available without a purchase.
Local data
The user controls local saved outcomes, aliases, favorites, preferences, and explicit exports. Removing the app or clearing its data may permanently remove local records that were not exported.
Changes and support
These terms may be updated when product behavior, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date.
