These terms apply to Home Inventory.

Apple Standard EULA

Apps distributed through the Apple App Store are licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate custom EULA is provided. You can read Apple's Standard EULA at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Product limits

Home Inventory organizes information and files supplied by the user. It does not verify ownership, authenticity, condition, market or replacement value, insurance coverage, claim eligibility, warranty validity, or the sufficiency of evidence for any insurer, authority, retailer, or other third party.

Review records, dates, amounts, attachments, and exports for accuracy. Keep original documents and any records required by a relevant provider or law.

Purchases

Optional Pro subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by the platform store. Prices, trial eligibility, availability, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and family-sharing behavior are controlled by the terms shown by the store before purchase. The documented free inventory, search, report, and export paths remain available without a purchase.

Local data, recovery, and exports

The user controls local inventory records, evidence, reminders, preferences, and explicit exports. When iCloud is available, automatic private recovery may retain a versioned snapshot and evidence files under the user's Apple Account. It is a reinstall/new-device recovery feature, not continuous sync or a guaranteed substitute for an explicit export. Removing the app, changing Apple Accounts, disabling iCloud, clearing its data, or permanently deleting records can affect recovery. Northjade cannot inspect or manually recover private inventory data. Keep any exports needed independently.

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with the app, platform store, advertising, purchase, consent, or provider services.

Changes and support

These terms may be updated when product behavior, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date.
