Apple Standard EULA

Informational Heat-Risk Estimates

The app provides informational weather context, formula results, and planning guidance. It is not a calibrated instrument, emergency alert service, medical device, professional safety advice, or guarantee of compliance with workplace, athletic, military, educational, or government rules.

Automatic WBGT may be an official published value or a clearly labeled modeled estimate. Results can differ from conditions at the exact activity site because of shade, sun angle, wind, radiant heat, surface materials, equipment, clothing, workload, sensor placement, forecast error, data delay, and provider availability. A calibrated on-site instrument and the rules of the responsible authority remain necessary whenever policy requires measurement.

Do not delay emergency action or medical care because of an app result. Verify consequential decisions using current local guidance, qualified personnel, and appropriate instruments.

Calculators And Weather Services

You are responsible for entering correct calculator values and selecting the correct formula. Rounding, assumptions, unit conversion, unavailable fields, provider error, or software defects can affect a result.

Weather, maps, search, geocoding, forecasts, and source attribution depend on Apple and other third-party services. Information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or changed by the provider. Northjade does not guarantee continuous service, a particular provider, forecast horizon, station, or response time.

Pro Purchases And Subscriptions

Pro may be offered as weekly, monthly, or annual auto-renewable subscriptions and as a one-time lifetime purchase. No free trial is currently offered. Purchases are processed by Apple through in-app purchase.

• The Apple purchase sheet controls the exact product, price, billing period, taxes, availability, and purchase terms shown before you confirm.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account or App Store subscription settings.
• Restore Purchases can restore eligible ownership associated with the same Apple Account.
• Refunds, cancellation handling, and regional availability are controlled by Apple and applicable law.
• Pro benefits and weather allowances are subject to reasonable provider, security, and abuse-prevention limits described in the app.

Advertising And Acceptable Use

The free version may display ads. A user-initiated rewarded ad grants extra weather allowance only after successful provider verification. Do not interact with ads fraudulently, automate impressions or clicks, evade usage limits, interfere with providers, attempt to obtain protected credentials, or use the app or its services to violate law or third-party rights.

Availability And Changes

Northjade may repair, update, replace, restrict, or discontinue features or provider integrations. Offline calculators are designed to remain useful without automatic weather, but uninterrupted availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Northjade is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, business, health, property, or activity losses arising from use of or reliance on the app to the extent such limitations are permitted. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
