Do not send payment-card information, Apple or Google account credentials, private signing material, or an exact home coordinate. A city or general area is normally enough for a weather-provider issue.

Weather And Location Help

• Location permission is optional. You can select or search for a place manually, or use Calc without location or network access.
• If My Location is unavailable, review the app's Location permission in system Settings and try again outdoors or with a clearer location signal.
• A source may be temporarily unavailable or outside its coverage area. Retry later or review the source and freshness shown with the retained result.
• Automatic WBGT is weather context, not an on-site measurement. Use a calibrated meter when your policy requires one.

Purchase Help

If Pro does not unlock after purchase, open the paywall or Settings and use Restore Purchases while signed in to the store account that made the purchase.

Apple controls App Store billing and Google controls Google Play billing, including refunds, cancellation, subscription renewal, and regional availability. Manage subscriptions from the store account used for purchase.

Ads And Privacy Choices

Free users may see consent-gated ads. Pro removes ordinary ads; an optional rewarded top-up is available after the Pro weather allowance is exhausted. When required, Ad Privacy Choices is available from Settings so you can revisit Google's advertising privacy options. On iOS, change ATT permission in system Settings. A rewarded weather grant is added only after the server verifies completion; a canceled, failed, or unavailable ad does not consume a grant.

iCloud Recovery On iOS

Open Settings, then iCloud Backup, to check the private backup associated with your iCloud account. When another backup is available, choose whether to restore it or keep the data on this device. If both contain data, export this device's data before replacing it. Recovery includes saved locations, history, reminders, units and appearance; it does not transfer App Store purchases or advertising permissions. Use Restore Purchases separately for your Apple account.
