Do not send payment-card information, Apple ID credentials, private signing material, or an exact home coordinate. A city or general area is normally enough for a weather-provider issue.

Weather And Location Help

• Location permission is optional. You can select or search for a place manually, or use Calc without location or network access.
• If My Location is unavailable, review the app's Location permission in iOS Settings and try again outdoors or with a clearer location signal.
• A source may be temporarily unavailable or outside its coverage area. Retry later or review the source and freshness shown with the retained result.
• Automatic WBGT is weather context, not an on-site measurement. Use a calibrated meter when your policy requires one.

Purchase Help

If Pro does not unlock after purchase, open the paywall or Settings and use Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase.

Apple controls billing, refunds, cancellation, subscription renewal, and regional purchase availability. You can manage subscriptions from your Apple Account or App Store subscription settings.

Ads And Privacy Choices

Free users may see consent-gated ads. Pro removes ads. When required, Privacy Choices is available from Settings so you can revisit Google's advertising privacy options. A rewarded weather grant is added only after the ad provider verifies completion; a canceled, failed, or unavailable ad does not consume a grant.
