Apple Standard EULA

Apps distributed through the Apple App Store are licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate custom EULA is provided. You can read Apple's Standard EULA at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for using the app lawfully. Only convert videos and audio that you own, created, or otherwise have the right to use.

The app is intended for local user-selected files and is not a tool for downloading or extracting media from streaming platforms.

Pro Purchases And Subscriptions

Pro may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions and/or a one-time lifetime purchase. Paid features are processed by Apple through in-app purchase.

• The Apple purchase sheet controls the exact product, price, billing period, trial or introductory offer, taxes, and purchase terms shown before you confirm.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account or App Store subscription settings.
• Trial and introductory offers are subject to Apple eligibility rules and may not be available to every user.
• The app includes Restore Purchases so prior eligible purchases from the same Apple Account can unlock Pro again.
• Refunds, cancellation handling, and purchase availability are controlled by Apple and may depend on your region.

The app is provided as-is. Northjade aims to keep it useful and reliable, but does not guarantee that it will meet every need or be error-free.
