Email [email protected] with your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.

Basic Workflow

• Use Files or Photos to import local videos.
• Use the Queue tab to convert videos one by one or, with Pro, as a batch queue.
• Use History to play and share converted MP3 files.
• If purchases are enabled, use Restore Purchases from the Pro screen to restore access.

Troubleshooting

Confirm the source video is available locally and that the app has permission to access the selected file.

For very large videos, keep the app open while conversion completes.
