Privacy Policy
Video to MP3 processes user-selected local videos on device to create MP3 files.
Local Media Processing
Video to MP3 does not download media from streaming platforms and does not upload your videos or converted MP3 files to Northjade servers.
- Selected videos and converted MP3 files stay on your device unless you choose to share or export them.
- No account is required.
- Pro purchases are processed by Apple.
- Purchase history and purchase status may be processed by RevenueCat for app functionality, entitlement validation, fraud prevention, and purchase analytics.
- The app uses RevenueCat anonymous app user IDs and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or account login.
- Purchase history is not used for third-party advertising or tracking.
Advertising
The free version may show Google AdMob ads. Pro removes banner and interstitial ads from the app.
- Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform may process information needed to request, deliver, measure, limit, and protect ads, such as device or advertising identifiers when available, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent signals.
- Where Google or local law requires an ad privacy message, the app uses Google User Messaging Platform to request and manage those ad privacy choices before requesting ads.
- The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or account login for ads.
- The app does not currently request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. It does not use personalized cross-app tracking unless a future version explicitly adds that flow and updates this policy and App Store privacy disclosures.
Analytics And Remote Configuration
The app may use Firebase Analytics to understand privacy-safe product and monetization funnel events, such as onboarding progress, paywall display, purchase or restore outcomes, import and conversion outcomes, review prompt eligibility, and ad flow outcomes.
- Analytics events must not include selected media files, converted MP3 files, media paths, filenames, titles, source URLs, name, email address, phone number, account login, or raw media metadata.
- Firebase Remote Config may fetch non-secret feature and safety settings, such as whether ads, paywall prompts, trial-offer prompts, review prompts, or a minimum supported build gate are enabled.
- The app includes default values for those settings and does not require a Remote Config fetch to launch or process local media.
- Remote Config values are not used as secrets and are not a user account system.
Crash And Diagnostic Reporting
The app may use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and selected sanitized non-fatal diagnostic events so Northjade can identify and fix stability problems.
- Crash reports may include technical data such as device model, iOS version, app version, crash stack trace, timestamps, and diagnostic state needed to debug the issue.
- Non-fatal diagnostic events are limited to app stability and user-visible failure contexts such as import, conversion, playback, purchase, persistence, or ad presentation errors.
- The app does not send your selected media, converted MP3 files, media paths, filenames, name, email address, phone number, or account login to Crashlytics.
