Purchase Help

If Pro does not unlock after purchase, open the app and use Restore Purchases from the paywall or settings screen.

Apple controls billing, refunds, cancellation, subscription renewal, and regional purchase availability. You can manage subscriptions from your Apple Account or App Store subscription settings.

Video Export Help

Some source videos may take longer to process because of file size, duration, codec, resolution, or device performance. If an export fails, try a smaller resize target, H.264 MP4 compatibility mode, or a shorter trim range.
